Reinforcing Steel Europe (RSE) marks a new chapter in the European steel industry. Formed through the merger of Van Merksteijn Steel Group and Südwest Beteiligungen, RSE combines production, processing and distribution of reinforcing steel into one integrated European network. With headquarters in Almelo, the Netherlands, we leverage the strength of leading companies and state-of-the-art electric arc furnace technology to deliver high-quality, reinforcing steel produced from scrap in Europe.
